This pages wants to inform about the current Covid rules in Italy and how to access the Italian territory to partecipate at WMOC 2022.

What are the Covid rules to enter Italy?

From February 7th 2022, foreigners are allowed to enter the Italian territory is they have been vaccinated or have recovered from Covid from less than 6 months. For those with a vaccination or have recovered from Covid from more than 6 months  will have to show a negative Covid antigen taken 48h prior the arrival or PCR test taken 72h prior the arrival. Which vaccines are allowed?
  • Pfizer;
  • Astra-Zeneca;
  • Moderna;
  • Sputnik;
  • Jhonson&Jhonson;
  • Novavax.

What is the Green Pass?

The Green Pass is the digital or paper certificate showing that the holder has been vaccinated, tested negative or recovered from covid-19.

You will get a valid Green Pass for 48h for antigen tests, 72h for PCR tests, 6 months in case of 1-2 vaccination doses or Covid recovery. In case of vaccination with 3rd booster dose the Green Pass validity is unlimited. (Source)
